This 1800 sq foot, top floor condo includes a huge balcony, large windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeping space enough for 12!  The master bedroom suite includes a private bathroom, and the second bathroom includes a jetted tub. The full kitchen includes everything necessary to prepare a meal.  Separate dining area, and two living spaces.  The bedrooms include memory foam mattresses, with a Lazy boy pullout couch in the living room, and a spare air mattress with quiet built-in pump to keep you comfortable all night long. The master bedroom has one king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen and two single beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen and two single beds. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. There is a television with attached Roku in the living room and each of the three bedrooms.  A Blu-Ray player in the living room too. Guests have full access to private penthouse apartment, with balcony.   Pool and sundeck shared with other building guests. Parking is included for one vehicle. There is free street parking about three blocks back. We provide 12 bath towels and linens she sheets for all the beds.

Other Details to Note

Seasonal Heating & Air Conditioning: Please note that the building operates on a central seasonal system. From October 15th through May 15th, only heating is available (no air conditioning). For the rest of the year, only air conditioning is available (no heating). These transition dates may vary by up to two weeks depending on the weather. -There is a security camera on premises, pointed towards the ocean, it cannot see inside the Penthouse or balcony. -At least one guest mush be over age 25.
